GILLIAN INGRAHAM

Mrs. Ingraham focuses her practice in the areas of real estate law and estate planning. She is a member of the Connecticut State Bar as well as the Connecticut, Fairfield County, and Greenwich Bar Associations.
Prior to joining Baillie and Hershman, Gillian worked in both small and large firm settings in lower Fairfield County, focusing on commercial and residential real estate, including purchases, sales, and leasing.
Mrs. Ingraham received her B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 2012. She received her J.D from Pace University School of Law in 2016. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Human Services for the Town of Greenwich, as well as a Hearing Officer for the Town of Greenwich.

This new office, managed by Attorney Gillian Ingraham, marks an important milestone for the firm as they continue to expand quality legal services in CT. With the expanded office space, Baillie & Hershman will be able to offer real estate buyers and sellers, real estate agents, and lenders more personalized service and better access to legal counsel in the greater Fairfield County area.
