Jay Norris is an innovative leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years in lifestyle marketing, real estate, technology, and AI solutions. He is the CEO and Founder of Guesst Software, a creative leasing platform disrupting physical retail and restaurant operations, and CEO of Lifestyle EQ, a boutique CRE brokerage and management consulting firm.
His mission is to educate and train 1 million small businesses in how to implement AI solutions into their everyday operations. Jay worked in the music industry for Arista Records and Sony Music, developing tours for artists including Celine Dion, Usher, and Whitney Houston. He founded Tastemakers Media and later brought his expertise to commercial real estate at Marcus Millichap and Eastern Consolidated Properties.
Jay is Co-Chairman of the Technology and Innovation Council for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Co-Founder and Board Member of Startup Westport, Founder of Westport 10, a Board Member of the New York Urban League, coach for Techstars Detroit, and host of Visionary's Podcast. He lives in Westport, CT with his wife, Crystal, and their two children, Jacob and Sophia.
