Black and White Style

It is a fact that the most classic color scheme of all is black and white.  It is inherently chic and sophisticated.   It’s also the most reliable pairing of colors to accessorize and to enhance with pops of color.  Even better, just about every shoe in your wardrobe can be worn with black and white.   It’s a color scheme that can easily take you from day to night.  The versatility of black and white style is endless and  I can go on and on.

On a recent trip to South Beach Miami, I paired a black halter top by Alice & Olivia with white jeans by Derek Lam.   My statement piece was, no doubt, my coral chanel sandals.  Also, it helps to make your look more interesting by selecting jeans with rose gold-tone buttons.  Nonetheless, my black and white outfit was perfect for an urban-beach vacation and extremely stylish.  My vote is to go ahead and give this color combination a try this season and don’t forget to have fun with colorful accessories.
